Retraining of LAS attorneys
The
lawyers of the Legal Aid Service of the Ministry of Justice of
Georgia to attend re-training session in Tabakhmela International
Conference Hall on July 22-28, 2008. The parties will discuss new
draft law of the criminal code of practice and attorney skills. The
experts Zaza Meishvili, Omar Jorbenadze and Dr. Countess Margaret
Von Galena will conduct the session.

Seminar held for public attorneys
The seminar was held in Yalta, Ukraine for public attorneys from
Ukraine, Georgia and Moldova about efficient defence issues. The
attorneys from Tbilisi and Mtskheta bureaus of the Legal Aid Service
participated in the venue. The Open Society Georgia foundation
organized the session.
