Installation of the roof of the Tbilisi Public Service Hall is completed. Specialists from various countries are working at the international construction. Georgian, Italian, Turkish and Chinese constructors are employed at the roofing works. Overall, 500 Georgian citizens are employed at the construction.

In the process of an ongoing investigation into the fact of voter-buying, on June 20^th and July 15^th of 2012, thousands of satellite TV antennas were discovered and sealed. Antennas were imported through a fraudulent contract and should have been distributed free of charge with an aim of voter-buying in support of a political coalition "Georgian Dream".

According to the State Services Development Agency, 245 809 ID cards were issued during six months of 2012, among them are about 20 000 Student cards. At the Rustavi Public Service Hall, Head of the State Services Development Agency, Mr. Giorgi Gabrielashvili presented statistics of issuing ID cards in course of six months.

In the process of an ongoing investigation into the fact of voter-buying, on July 15, 2012, additional TV antennas were discovered. The antennas were imported by LLC "Maestro".  The investigation has sufficient evidence to prove that LLC "Maestro", acting under the instructions of representatives from LLC "Elita Burji" - a company, closely affiliated with a Political Coalition "Georgian Dream" used a fraudulent contract to import thousands of antennas. Those antennas should have been distributed in support of "Georgian Dream" through an existing scheme created by "Global Contact Consulting", with a purpose of voter-buying.

In course of one month, 19 486 Students became owners of a Student card. Students are receiving cards in a simplified way in the Public Service Halls and Territorial offices of the Civil Registry Agency.

A game of the Public Service Hall "JustGame" passed to its final stage. Today, the Rustavi Public Service Hall hosted participants of the third, final stage and winners of the first two rounds.

On July 10, UN ambassadors visited the Rustavi Public Service Hall. A manager of the Public Service Hall hosted the delegation composed of permanent representatives of the Kingdom of Thailand, of Nigeria, and of Burundi to the United Nations, as well as a representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Chile, and the Director of the Secretariat of the United Nations General Assembly. She introduced to the guests the service areas and presented the concept of the Public Service Hall.

On July 6, 2012 a high-profile event was held in Tbilisi, where four authoritative international surveys were presented, depicting results of Georgia's successful fight against corruption.

4799 citizens used the amnesty announced for falsification of personal data, and among them applications of 163 Georgian citizens who expressed their willingness to pass the amnesty online from the different countries of the world were satisfied. Documents of these persons were corrected free of charge.

The selection process of employees for the Community Development Center of the Ministry of Justice is completed. After the five-day training sessions were ended, applicants underwent testing.

Construction works of the Community Development Center started in Khashuri district, village of Gomi within the framework of a new initiative of the Civil Registry Agency of the Ministry of Justice, which aims at establishing of e-governance in local self-governments.

An agreement concerning the delivery of post service for the Civil Registry Agency was signed in the Rustavi Public Service Hall. The document was signed by Head of the Civil Registry Agency Mr. Giorgi Gabrielashvili and by Deputy General Director of LTD "Georgian Post" Mr. Besarion Gelenidze.

Students of the public schools visited the Tbilisi Public Service Hall that is under construction. Deputy Minister Mr. Giorgi Vashadze showed the construction works to the students of the 10th and 11th grades who are actively involved in the youth projects of the Ministry of Justice. Mr. Giorgi Vashadze talked to the participants of the "House of Leaders" about the concept and specifics of operation of the Public Service Hall, and explained how and why was born an idea to combine more than 250 services in one area, and how the Public Service Halls are operating in Georgia.
